Billie Howard strives to bring an effective blend of experience, expertise, clarity, concern and action to the counseling process in order to maximize outcome and provide genuine healing and a desire for wholesomeness to individuals, marriages and families. Billie earned an Bachelor of Science Degree from Martin University, A Masters of Science in Psychology and received 'summa cum laude' honors; coupled with a two year program in social work, christian theology and course studies in respiratory therapy at the University of Indianapolis.
Billie did her dissertation in the area of Neuro Psychology. Subsequently, she received additional training at the "Albert Ellis" Institute in New York in 2006. She was later selected to speak nationally on the subject of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy Modality.
Billie's speciality domain, expands to working with adults, families, adolescents and various areas, including associated trauma informed care.
She has been a part of the "grass root" initiatives on capitol hill on progressing school based services, developing addiction intervention/prevention programs and is pragmatic in the focus of providing marriage christian counseling.
Billie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has over 27 years of counseling expertise and currently resides in Indiana. She enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time.
