I've helped my clients find constructive ways of addressing anxiety, depression, loss, learning disabilities, substance abuse and relationship issues, and My goal is to help people find the strength and courage to overcome life's challenges.

My primary specialty is working with teens and their families, I also enjoy working with children on the spectrum or who are struggling.

I use a combination of psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT,  and mindfulness tools. This combination works well with teens suffering from intense emotions as well as the adults.

I work with ages 7 yrs old and up.
