There comes a time in our lives where it may feel that our world is crumbling down around us. These are the times that we may need to ask for help, asking for help is a strength and with this help we learn how to grow and bypass future obstacles. I help with healing and growth by focusing and building on the strengths of my clients. We all have the innate ability to heal within, and I am honored to help create that healing within a therapeutic setting. I work with all age groups.

I work from a solution focused and interpersonal style of therapy. My background has allowed me to gain an extensive amount of knowledge that I utilize when working with children, teens and adolescents that may be struggling internally.
