Delandra graduated from Purdue University with her Bachelors in Psychology and Martin University with her Masters in Community Psychology. She has experience providing individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults, addressing various mental health issues. Delandra utilizes several different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
Delandra acknowledges the strength in a client-centered collaborative approach. She aims to ensure that every therapeutic experience is unique to the individual’s needs. She is passionate about supporting and empowering others within an open and safe space.
Delandra enjoys teaching mindfulness, coping skills, and other helpful interventions to help heal and grow. For leisure, Delandra spends time with family and friends, travels, and tries out different restaurants around town.
