Jay believes in emphasizing and building on your strengths and abilities. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He is active in the counseling process and will give you input and observations. He is not just a passive listener. Together, he believes, you can find solutions. You CAN turn things around.

He is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and can help people with addictive problems to avoid relapse, overcome obstacles, and move on to a life of sobriety

Jay has experience working with Veterans and served with the United States Navy.
