I offer support and guidance to help you bring awareness, healing and transformation to your life’s difficulties and transitions. Often times, especially in times of distress and overwhelm, many parts of ourselves are left unseen, unheard, or misunderstood. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space so that these parts and places that aren’t seen may be integrated into your path towards health, self-actualization, and well-being.
I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive psychotherpay and incorporate Client-Centered, Relational, and body-oriented approach. I value collaborative therapeutic processes, so we’ll work together to find what feels the most helpful to you in our sessions. I may also support you from the lan experiential ens . Together we will look into past events, relationships, and patterns, as well as what’s arising in the present moment and current life circumstances that might be bringing disharmony in your life.
I WORK WITH ISSUES SUCH AS:
anxiety & depression
trauma (personal, societal, intergenerational and historical)
