Hello! My name is Megan Hannum and I am currently an intern (or counselor trainee) here at Riverscape

Counseling under the supervision of MeLisa Andrews, LPCC-S. I graduated in 2019 with my Bachelor of

Arts in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at

the University of the Cumberlands and expect to graduate in August of 2022. I am passionate about

helping you achieve your goals and providing support, tools, and reinforcement along the way. In my

practice, I love to incorporate mindfulness techniques as well as techniques to help you understand your

thoughts and emotions and increase confidence in themselves.

The individuals I typically work with come to counseling for a variety of reasons. My areas of interest are

anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and couples/relationship issues with special interest in working with

domestic violence survivors and individuals who identify within the LGBT+ spectrum. My office is always

a safe space for you to be your genuine self and receive acceptance and compassion whatever

challenges you are facing.

Currently, I am accepting new clients who are sixteen and up. I also offer telehealth counseling sessions

in addition to in-person session at the Centerville office. Outside of my counseling office, you will often

find me spending time with my family, watching movies, learning to draw, or playing Dungeons and
