I have been very fortunate to work with a wide range of populations including Veterans, substance abuse, , couples and relationship issues, gender identity issues, borderline personality disorder, and men's issues. All of which have had multiple challenges within them stemming from depression, anxiety, and trauma.

I deeply believe we have the power to transcend the issues that bring us to therapy. As your therapist, my role is to uncover the “answers” you already have within you and help you put them together into a foundation of understanding and compassion towards self and others.

I work with ages 13 yrs old and up.
