Our fees are listed here.
How do I pay for my sessions/co-pay?
Co-pays will automatically be charged to your credit card on file as "Darcie Clark LPC, LLC." If you wish to pay cash you will need to do so with the receptionist before you are seen. If for whatever reason you have an outstanding balance, you can pay it here.
Can I drop off my child and then go get something to eat/leave?
Minor children cannot be left unattended. Any child under the age of 16 has to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents/guardians can go outside, sit in their car, etc after the session starts, but they have to be on the premises if needed for whatever reason or if the session ends early. If they are not here when the session ends then the child is considered unattended and will be charged a full session fee for childcare. If the child is unattended for an hour or more then we get children's services involved because they are considered abandoned. If this happens more than once they will not be allowed back.
Will I get a link to my Telehealth session?
No. The link to telehealth remains the same for every appointment and sessions can be accessed through the client portal.
Can I leave my children in the lobby while I attend my session?
Minor children cannot be left unattended by parents. If a child is brought to a parent's session, the session may be canceled.
How can I contact my therapist outside of session?
If this is an emergency, please call 988, the suicide and crisis lifeline. Otherwise, you can log into the client portal and send a secure message.
If I usually come in person can I still do a Telehealth session?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage our clients to switch to telehealth, over canceling appointments when appropriate. Switching to telehealth is also a great way to avoid the late cancellation/missed appointment fee. Unfortunately, you cannot switch your appointment from in-person to telehealth in our portal and will need to call our office to make that switch.
