I am a counselor who focuses on working as a team with clients in order to grow into their authentic, best selves and rewriting their own personal story. As an LGBTQIA+ person myself and parent to an LGBTQIA+ teenager, creating a safe place is my utmost priority for clients who may not feel as if other spaces are welcoming or understanding of your personal story. I focus primarily on Narrative and Multicultural therapeutic practices with a solid foundation in Person Centered to make sure that I am listening to your complete story from the best source; You.

My utmost goals are to support you through your journey without judgment and as an equal while taking into account social and cultural nuances and context in order to see a complete picture. I am skilled at working with those with Depression, Self-Esteem and Anxiety with a strong interest in clients focusing on Sexuality, Intimacy and Relationship Dynamics for my adult clients. I love bringing art, music and media into session along with Sand Tray, (for all clients, not just the kiddos)!

In my free time, I enjoy D&D, board and video games with my wife and kiddo and spending time baking new treats for friends and family. I also have 4 fur babies who are my world and if you ask me about which Bob’s Burgers Episode relates to the session at hand, be prepared for the detailed background story.
