I am a counselor-in-training in my final year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Walsh University. I am passionate about providing compassionate, culturally informed care to preteens and adults. I am committed to advocating for marginalized and overlooked populations and addressing sociocultural factors that impact mental health. My focus is on creating supportive therapeutic environments where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and learn the skills needed to cope with life’s challenges. My goal is to build a collaborative relationship with each client and tailor treatment plans that highlight their strengths while addressing growth opportunities.

I utilize a blended theoretical approach, incorporating Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet the unique needs of each client. My developing specializations include working with individuals navigating neurodevelopmental disorders and the challenges of life transitions. Guided by the ACA Code of Ethics and the Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies (MCSJCC), I am dedicated to bridging the gap between underserved communities and mental health services. My ultimate goal is to help clients develop their strengths, reframe their stories, and embark on meaningful journeys of healing and growth.
