Hello! I’m Colleen Stevens. I am a therapist with a background in community mental health and substance use, in residential and outpatient settings. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Ohio State University.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to talk through the challenges you are experiencing, and to process emotions that result from difficult life experiences. I will support you as you make the changes that foster growth and healing. Together, we will work toward understanding what’s getting in the way and create meaningful steps toward growth and healing.
I take a strengths-based, solution-focused approach while also exploring deeper patterns and barriers to change. I enjoy working with adults, teens, couples, and families, and I strive to bring empathy, curiosity, and genuine connection into every session.
