Hi, I am a Clinical Counselor with over 30 years of experience in the fields of mental health, substance abuse, and corrections. I serve adults and adolescents struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, bipolar and/or other general life struggles that require support and guidance. My background allows me an in-depth understanding of personal struggles and overcoming those struggles in the face of despair and grief. I have an understanding of trauma and utilize techniques within CBT and DBT-based therapies to provide services and renewed hope.
