I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who holds a Master's of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Ohio University, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Palm Beach State College, and Associate Degree of Applied Science in Legal Assisting from Sinclair Community College. Her experience as a registered nurse and PMHNP-BC has provided a vast knowledge and experience in areas of mental health working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and geriatrics.

Through her work experience she is skilled in individual as well as getting acquainted with group counseling. Kathy has diverse culture experience working as a registered nurse with many different diverse cultures.

Some of Kathy’s main counseling methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Counseling, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. It is important to create a safe and confidential environment for all clients in order to establish a positive therapeutic relationship is a must. Also, it is important to work together for the best outcome for all clients. She is passionate about helping others. She has spent a life-time in helping others.
