I believe that beginning therapy is a brave and meaningful step toward healing. I’m honored to support individuals, children, families, and couples as they navigate challenges and move toward growth.
My approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective, creating a compassionate space where your story is valued and you can explore your emotions without judgment.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create lasting change. With children, this means developing emotional tools; with individuals, rediscovering clarity and resilience; and with families, restoring communication and connection.
I also draw from my Gottman Level 1 Training in my work with couples, helping partners strengthen trust, deepen understanding, and rebuild their relationship with intention and care.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with warmth, respect, and support. Healing takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone.
I work with
ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Body Positivity, Borderline Personality (BPD), Codependency, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce, Emotional Disturbance, Mood Disorders
