Rachael is one of the most genuine therapists, passionate about applying her knowledge to help you heal and move forward. Therapy with her will always be centered around you as an individual within a real relationship. Rachael believes in providing a safe and open environment for her clients, which is the foundation for building a therapeutic relationship and supporting clients in meeting their personal goals.

Rachael is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds an additional Master's in Human Services Counseling, both in the cognate of family counseling, at Liberty University. She is working towards a doctorate in Community Counseling with a cognate in traumatology at Liberty University. She is certified in the following: National Professional Counselor, Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS), Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Rachel's experience includes working with diversity including adults, children, and undocumented populations. Rachael goes above and beyond in her care and has been known to collaborate with agencies to support her clients; including interacting with schools, the Department of Children and Family Services, and other legal and medical systems to advocate. Rachel continues to work with individuals struggling with multiple diagnoses, including complex trauma or stress resulting in ineffective coping. Her experience has allowed her to work across settings – allowing her to be flexible and knowledgeable in advising clients around the best therapy for their specific goals and level of need.
